    Good Flat-end Spoon

    It's a good spoon. Most of ours are more oval shaped, or much larger. We just needed something with a flatter end and this works for us. It's got good weight, and scoops up casseroles well.

    A fairly rare type of spoon with a useful flat edge. It could be a bit longer as it’s under 9 inches yet it is very well built and easy to clean.

    Amost perfect

    On the business end this fits my new carbon nonstick contours like a glove. And on the 'glove' end it's a bit thin for my taste. If it were a bit wider at the other business end it could even accommodate a hang-hole. But those are details for maybe the next iteration. All in all it's a solid spoon that feels like Misen quality every time I use it.
