Heat Retention: Our stainless is 5-ply, which means it has 3 layers of steel and 2 layers of aluminum. Together, they excel at getting hot and staying hot no matter what’s in your pan. (3-ply pans could never!) Prepare for better searing, stir-frying, and browning—aka more delicious food.
Even Heating: Our pans are a full 3.0mm thick—that’s thicker than most pans, even the expensive ones. This thickness prevents hot and cool spots, so you don’t have to keep moving those chicken thighs around to get an even sear without sticking.

Amazing quality

I love this pan!
My enamel cast-iron dutch oven was just too heavy for me to work with comfortably. I had recently switched to an induction range, so of course it was key that any replacement be induction compatible. I decided to try this dutch oven after reading many favorable reviews, and it has exceeded all my expectation. It cooks beautifully, is easy to transport from stovetop to the oven, and cleans up easily. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a high quality dutch oven that is lighter than cast iron but still cooks exceptionally well. I’ll definitely buy other Misen products in the future.

Love it!!
I have zero complaints. I’ve long been needing a Dutch oven and have researched a lot of different options. I’m really glad I went with this one! A Real Work Horse
We've had this pot for a little over a month and it has already cemented itself as an MVP of the kitchen. Has worked like a dream for various soups, mashed potatoes, curries, etc. Can't wait to keep making more deliciousness with this bad boy.
